When we speak with our clients on the telephone, our words and manner of speaking make a big impact. Hence, we should be conscious of our words and how we sound. The employees of Nasdaq learned this when they attended Communicare’s Effective Oral Communication Training.
In the training, they reviewed the English Grammar Rules. Then, they learned different techniques on how they could communicate over the phone with their clients. Through several written exercises and hands-on activities, they were able to practice their oral communication skills. Speaking in English over the telephone may not be easy for many people, but is definitely a skill that can be learned and developed.
