Our Founder

Maria Monica Prado, M.A., is an internationally recognized communication and color expert, dynamic speaker, and accomplished writer from the Philippines.

In 2010, Monica established Communicare Training and Development to equip professionals and companies with communication skills essential to achieve career and business success. Over the past 15 years, she has served over 100 organizations and empowered thousands of professionals globally through world-class communication and professional development programs. As a certified 4×4 Color Consultant, Monica also helps individuals and businesses effectively communicate through colors.

Her significant accomplishments were recognized by the Philippine Society for Talent Development, where she was shortlisted for the Outstanding Learning and Development Professional Award in the 2018 Gawad Maestro Awards. 

Beyond her impactful training, Monica is a passionate writer. She served as associate editor and advisory board member for the Association of Image Consultants International Global Magazine from 2018 to 2021, to which she contributed numerous articles. Monica is also the author of two children’s books, How Lisa Learned to Listen and Skip! Skip! Skip!

Academically, Monica holds a Master of Arts Degree in Integrated Marketing Communication, with Distinction, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from Miriam College. Further solidifying her communication expertise, she’s a graduate of the Speakers Training Camp of Successworks and The Protocol School of Washington in the USA.

Through her work, Monica empowers professionals and companies to achieve success by mastering both essential communication skills and the language of colors.
