Customer Service Workshop for BigGame, Inc. (Cebu)

Communicare Training and Development went all the way to BigGame, Inc.’s site in Cebu last October to conduct the Customer Service Workshop for their employees based there. Like their colleagues from their sites in Manila, the participants in Cebu learned about how the customers think and ways by which they can serve them with excellence. Each participant was ready to share his/her insight and actively participate in all the role-plays, games and activities. At the end of the day, we felt that our trip was all worth it!
