Customers are the lifeblood of any business. Thus, they should be served with excellence. This is why the employees of the BigGame, Inc. attended Communicare’s Customer service Workshops. Through the activities and class discussions, they learned about the mindset of the customers and strategies on how they can serve them better.
At the end of the workshops, the participants expressed their gratitude and appreciation to Communicare. On the other hand, we also feel blessed that we were given the opportunity to meet and train the enthusiastic, perky and sweet employees of BGI.
