Communicare conducted the Effective Communication for Excellent Customer Service Workshop for the employees of Victory Liner’s Sison Bus Stop and Restaurant at last April 27, 2011 in Sison, Pangasinan. The workshop, facilitated by Monica Prado, enabled the participants to learn how to use their verbal and non-verbal communication skills to better deal with their customers. Moreover, the very eager and active participants learned about other customer service techniques that they can surely use in their everyday job.
