Monica Prado of Communicare conducted the third and fourth batches of the Excellent Customer Service Workshop for the employees of Victory Liner’s Sison Bus Stop and Restaurant at last November 14, 2011 in Sison, Pangasinan. The workshop enabled the participants to learn how to deliver excellent customer service to their internal and external customers through the successful use of their verbal and non-verbal communication skills. The very active participants determined different ways to serve their customers better and to successfully communicate with them.
