Excellent Customer Service Workshop for Victory Liner’s Sison Bus Stop and Restaurant

Monica Prado of Communicare conducted the fifth and sixth batches of the Excellent Customer Service Workshop for the employees of Victory Liner’s Sison Bus Stop and Restaurant last March 2012 in Sison, Pangasinan. The workshop enabled the participants to learn how to deliver excellent customer service to their internal and external customers. They also learned how to communicate successfully with them. Before the workshop concluded, the very active participants created an action plan on how they can serve their customers excellently.
