Last September, we conducted a training that is very close to our heart, the Train the Trainer Workshop. The Makati Development Corporation employees, who are also practitioners in their own respective fields, put on their trainer’s hat and learned how they can be effective trainers. On the last day of the workshop, the participants impressed us by applying their learning during their training demonstration. With their passion for their craft, they would definitely make great trainers!
